It is not possible to cancel the order on your personal account, but you have the option to reject the package upon delivery. The carrier will return the cargo to our warehouse free of charge. Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and we will refund you in full using the same payment method you chose.

If the shipment is already on its way, it is not always possible to change the address or the delivery date. To make such a change, visit the carrier's web portal. In some cases, it may be possible to change these instructions and choose the delivery that suits you best.

To track your shipment, check your shipping confirmation email.
If the package's tracking information says it has already been delivered, check to see if it has been picked up by someone else at your address. The shipment could possibly have been left with one of the neighbors.
Otherwise, look for a delivery attempt notification. You might have it in your mailbox.
If you cannot find the shipment, please contact customer care. Have your order number and tracking number ready.

Products purchased online and returned by post cannot be exchanged. All returned products will be refunded via the original payment method. Place a new online order for the correct product.

The company M&S Beauty Accessories Prague s.r.o. offers a complete legal warranty on goods. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal wear and use of the product. Any defective product within the warranty period will be reviewed and assessed by our technical experts. Depending on the circumstances, the product will be repaired, exchanged for the same product or replaced with a product of comparable value. In the event of a replacement, M&S Beauty Accessories Prague s.r.o. unfortunately cannot guarantee that customers will receive the exact same product or design. M&S Beauty Accessories Prague s.r.o. is not obliged to repair, replace or replace any goods which, in the opinion of the company, have been the subject of an accident, normal wear and tear, rough handling, personal modifications, attempted repair, negligence or inappropriate use. If the product is not covered by the warranty conditions of M&S Beauty Accessories Prague s.r.o., the company can offer a repair for a fee. Please note that a defective product can only be repaired in the following cases:
1. Loss of SWAROVSKI™ crystal.
2. Peeling off part of the product.
3. Lost or broken spring or metal cap.
4. Spare parts are still available (they usually aren't if the jewelry has already been discontinued).
If you wish to exchange or repair the product, please send it by post to ALEXANDRE DE PARIS. Return shipping costs will in any event be prepaid and therefore paid by you and remain your responsibility (unless the goods are found to be defective on receipt or unless ALEXANDRE DE PARIS made an error in sending the goods).
